This is really good. I had really thick filets so next time I'll thin them out and season more thoroughly. Made the fish on our George Forman grill then used it to crisp the tortillas This was really good. Make extra sauce. Add avocado.

Made this with tilapia this time and used pre-cut coleslaw mix. 15 minutes to make and have dinner on the table. Cooked the tilapia in the air fryer while I made the sauce.
