I just use poach Bags they're brilliant. Key to great poached eggs is a fresh egg which without having your own chickens it's really hard to do hence my bags

That’s interesting, I’m glad you found something that works for you!
Personally, I’m long on technique and short on gadgets. With this technique I can batch prep poached eggs (up to 30 at a time), then shock and hold for a couple of hours, or overnight, in cold water. Then it’s fast to reheat, and fire on the line for instant Eggs Benny or for a catered event for 300. Vinegar & a whisk. Perfect results. 👍
