This was delicious, but I did tweak it. I doubled the spices, garlic included, and added 2 tsp of dried cilantro, 3 bay leaves, and 1/3 tsp of pepper flakes. I didn't have marjoram, so it was omitted. I had a 28-ounce can of diced tomatoes and a 15-ounce can of tomato sauce, which is opposite of what the recipe calls for. I thought it was better, but I really like chunks of tomatoes in my sauces. I also added some V8 juice to thin it some. This makes a huge batch and is very filling.
