This was a good recipe! I followed the instructions, and rolled the meatballs in egg whites then the mix of breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese.
It was one of those days when I could barely remember where anything is - so I added the full cup of breadcrumbs to the mix, and two eggs, and the meatballs still came out moist and good! So I guess the recipe is dummyproof 🤣
Update: to shape the meatballs, wet your hands with water, and rinse periodically. Works like a charm to prevent the mix fr sticking to my hands.
