Next time (and there WILL be a next time) we will reduce the cook time to 8-9 minutes because they were a little dry. Should have read the previous comments BEFORE making. Woops. They were super tasty and easy to make.
We used pork chops that were not pre-brined and skipped the brining process all together. They were still delicious and hopefully a smidge healthier.
Adding this to our regular menu!
