The recipe is easy to make but the taste is disappointing. Each ingredient tastes decent but they are not combining together. The marinade is absolutely useless if you are leaving it only for an hour. None of the taste from the marinade transfered into the chicken. The peaches did not worked with the rest of the dish as the sweetness from the fruit was against the wine.
You can blame my cooking techniques but I really don't think this ingredients are going well in this combination.
