This was my first attempt at a slow cooker recipe. It was so easy to prep (and even easier next time now I know what I'm doing!)
If tastes absolutely delicious. The Chipotle paste gives it a really nice smoky flavour. I'd never considered making a chilli without standard chilli powder before. And the chocolate really adds depth.
The only alteration I'd make is to use a lot less stock. It was really watery. I'd be inclined next time to either just pop a splash of water in or even leave be and just crumble in the stock cube.
