This was good but you really need to pile on extra spices. I added extra but it wasn't enough. There's not much chili in sweet chili. All I could taste was sweet and I don't think it paired well with salmon. I think sweet chili would work much better on pork. Still good and edible but not really noteworthy. Served with Jasmine rice which was devine as always.
