Steak was amazing. Used the marinade advice in the comments, to prepare the steaks before hand and left them about 6 hours. Final product was an extremely moist and juicy steak, but the majority of the taste still came from the butter which was amazing. All in all a very solid steak, not the best, but defo up there.
