This tasted exactly like what my mother used to make in the 70’s, except her only seasoning was salt and pepper. Sure, this could be a stovetop recipe, but in the instant pot, there’s no watching for boiling over. Any seasoning mix could be used to match the flavor of the smoked sausage.
