My family really enjoyed this. After reading some other notes, I modified the recipe by doing 2-8oz cans of tomato sauce, and a can of diced tomatoes. I also added a little water and a pinch of red pepper flakes. I cooked it in the pressure cooker - browned meat and sauteed veg, then added the rest of the ingredients and cooked for 15 minutes. Delicious! Added parmesan and hot sauce for serving.
