This recipe is amazing! I’m blown away at how fabulously these cookies turned out! They’re chewy, moist, and perfectly sweet. I made mine smaller, more bite-sized, and froze them for an hour before removing to shape them. After shaping, back in the freezer to firm up, then pressed them down with my palm just slightly before baking. I did 8 minutes, then rotated for another 3, then directly onto the cooling rack. Absolutely delicious!
