PERSONAL REMINDERS: Added bean sprouts. Both sprouts and carrots add a nice crunchy texture. Get more butter lettuce than you think you'll need - ended up supplementing with Romaine but it was not the same. Go easy on the salt; stick to the recommended amount of sweetness. Also had a bit of fried rice as a 'topping' option; made it more filling. May want to try chicken or shaved beef for next one. Let meat marinate in the sauce a bit.
