Very quick & easy to prepare. Made in the Instant Pot so the meat was fall apart tender. I used only half the chilli powder and that was more than enough heat. I feel that the meat definitely needs to be part of a dish - eg soft tacos with lots of toppings, rather than a standalone star of the meal. But a great use of a cheap cut of meat.
