This is my go-to recipe! It's easy enough that I can make it while sick (which I often do when I run out of the back up of this in my freezer). I double the garlic (personal preference) and throw in whatever vegetables I have on hand. I also like to throw in a handful (or so) of spinach each time I reheat the soup to add more nutrition. Reminder - If freezing, or having leftovers do not do so with noodles in it. They suck up all of the broth with is very disappointing and messes up the texture!
