Absolutely love this recipe. I have used it for years, makes wonderfully fluffy pancakes! sometimes I will add a dash of vanilla (1tsp), almond extract(1/8tsp), or a dash of cinnamon(1/2 to 1 tsp). I also add 1/2 tsp baking soda.
*edit to add* I cook mine just above 3 on my stove. Too high/hot and you will burn them. They cook fairly quick. When the sides lose their gloss, is when I flip mine.
