Outstanding! 10/10 stars . This is one of my favourite recipes I have found yet. I have made this several different times and it goes with everything . I make it several times a week for curry, spaghetti bolognese , tacos , burritos etc...
I reccomend pressing your tofu for as long as you can to really get the water out as this definitley changes the texture of the final product. I cook mine for 160 °c on a fan mode for around 25-30 mins stirring around every ten.
