I give myself a B. A solid B. I definitely like the Sauvignon Blanc as a cooking wine. Will use more often and I added chicken it was perfect. Still a B though, but I will get better

Hi, Alex! How did you add chicken - was it cooked leftover chicken, or was it raw & you cooked it with the sauce?

Some shredded fajita chicken from Walmart actually. I just warmed it up, chopped it up some more and tossed with the pasta and sauce
