It has potential. It was still undercooked after 30 min (but we live at elevation so that could be why). My spice selection might not have been optimal either. Leftovers got soft, but 5 minutes in the air fryer again and it was crispier than the first time. It’s at least a very easy way to use up our extra chickpeas and get a healthy snack out of it. Even if its not my favorite. Lots of spice mixes to experiment with though.
