I wonder if prosciutto would be as good. bacon can take a while to prep. what do you think?

I can't do prosciutto right now because I'm pregnant, but I bet it would give it more flavor tbh. try it out and let me know! I have tons of recipes with prosciutto stock piled for after baby is born! 😂🤣
