Hi! The ideal is to use a springform pan, lined with baking paper for easier removal from the pan, preferably a 16cm pan so that the cake is tall and fluffy! The bottom of the cake looks wet, did the water reach the cake during baking? You can try wrapping the outside of the pan with aluminum foil before adding the water to your pan when baking to secure it :)
