I didn't found thick rashers of bacon and I buyed normal, thin slices so the ratio of meat and vegetables was not optimal, but I tried to made it better with a bit of salami in one BLT and a bit of ham in the other. Both tasted good.
I used whole bread sliced and I toasted them, because we like it crispy, and I used garlic and herbs butter for a hint of aroma. I find this combination verry tasty.
In one BLT I've used BBQ souce with brandy aroma and the bacon was with jalapeno so also a tasty combination.
Per total it was just a simple sandwich, tasty because of the fried jalapenõ bacon, but nothing special.
