I came home one night and didn't at all want what we had planned on making for dinner, so we shifted. My husband found this recipe out of nowhere. I was super skeptical about the flour rub on the salmon, but it was AMAZING. It creates this super yummy crust on the outside. We had it over some lemon basil risotto and it was super soul satisfying.
