Delicious. I made the amount for 11, but only got 8, so keep that in mind (maybe mine were bigger? Although they were not very big to my standards). I had to add a bit of extra milk but the dough came together nicely. Bear in mind there is a cooling time before the baking, so plan accordingly. They didn't spread as much as I expected, so I pressed them down flat with a spoon once I got them out of the oven. I wanted soft cookies, so after about 15 min cooling I moved them to a box and they have the perfect texture. The taste is heavenly. I recommend them and I will make them again.
Made this again, this time I substituted about 25% of the flour with cocoa and I made 3x the recipe (33 cookies). I think I made them giants because I only got 10 total? But omg so good! Next time I am making 6x the recipe again!
