These were outstanding. Best wing recipe we've tried. Time & temp will need some twerking for us. I cooked them indirect heat on a 4 burner gas grill @ 300 degrees. After 1.5 hours there were a few still very pink ☹️. Flavor, juiciness and texture were outstanding though. It's a keeper.
