I messed up and didn't have enough of the cheese so used half cheddar and half mozzarella. still turned out amazing. kids didn't even taste the onions.

I love cooking a meal that has something my kids don't like. Watch them scarf it down and then tell them it had onion is one of them in it, their faces are priceless 🤣.
