Comfort food for sure! This was perfect for a cold winter day. I modified with Gluten Free Bread Crumbs and swapped out soy sauce for Gluten Free Worshestershire. Having learned from experience with slow cooking, I quickly pan seared the meatballs before adding to the slow cooker to keep them from falling apart. I also added 1 packet of OXO beef boulion to the sauce mix to give it a richer flavour and served with real mashed potatoes. I made a double batch and froze the leftovers.
