Love this recipe! Definitely don’t skip out on any of the herbs mentioned—they are all necessary to make it taste like a thai noodle salad. Might consider increasing the amounts for the sauce by 50% and we doubled the noodles—i think approximating by eye for the veggies is better than following the recipe here, as the recipe seems to underestimate some ingredients. But overall super tasty, healthy, relatively easy, and delicious!!
