Well, it was ok. I added diced sweet potato which worked, also mushrooms in the last few minutes. What didn’t work for me was the broccoli…the taste overpowered the rest of the ingredients. I will make it again, but without the broccoli. I served it with jasmine rice. Also, it was a bit dry, even though I added some coco aminos & opted for chicken thighs instead of breasts. It’s a a good concept, just needs some tweaking. 👍🏻
