This was tasty! I have been looking for a Cajun Chicken Pasta recipe that did not call for cream cheese as I think it gives it a strange flavor and this hit the mark. I also added Andouille sausage in addition to the chicken for extra flavor. I prefer a lot of spice but had to cut it in half for the kiddos. I added extra Cajun seasoning on my serving. Delish!

Hi I find the same with Cream Cheese it gives recipes a strange tang I don't like. Try Marscapone, it's delicious and no tang, just creamy 🙂
