Made it with the kids and they turned out very tasty.
Should have read the whole recipe up front (why don't I learn?) because we started to make the caramel when we put the shortbread into the oven so had to keep that warm for a long time while it cooled.
For the chocolate used part ordinary dark chocolate and part dark chocolate with sea salt and really elevated the flavour.
