It was slightly over cooked however it was awesome. It was alot of cinnamon I would recommend half a tablespoon to begin with, according to taste I would recommend. However I know quantities and I love cinnamon. These were delicious and for teaching kids or young adults who want to learn how to cook its wonderful dessert or treat.
