These are SO GOOD! I haven't cooked with fennel much, but these might change that!
I added an egg (actually 2, I made a double batch) I added a bit less salt and a bit of adobo seasoning. These were so lovely, I think they will be part of the rotation. I love having a small simple lunch, I had one of these, no bun, with a sauce I make out of plum, oyster, and sriracha. Mmmmm
