← Replies in The Best Ever Super Moist Gluten Free Banana Bread Recipe

I found this to be inedible due to the bean-y aftertaste caused by the bean flour in the non-gluten flour. I am tempted to try it with a nut flour, I have a feeling it would be amazing.

Oh jeez. Yeah, as someone with celiac I steer clear of any baking flour with beans in them for exactly that reason. Bobs red mill 1-to-1 baking flour works really good! (The blue package. Bobs red mill also has one with red packaging, but it has beans in it)
