I don't recommend anything needing chicken to be butterfly cut to someone like me who has miserable depth perception. I mangled the cutting of the chicken so bad, all 4 pieces. So much that it was basically un-stuffable. Searing both sides was impossible since flipping the horror wasn't going to happen. It tasted ok regardless, but I almost threw it all out during prep.
