Surprisingly easy to make and yummy. The batter was easy to get smooth with a whisk and they stuck together well in the stainless steel pan I used to fry them. In coconut oil. You have to get used to the flavor, but I’m adding this into the rotation! I got 6 pancakes out of it. 3 TBS of batter per pancake.

They look great! Whenever I try to make pancakes that are not from wheat flour they come out weird. But yours are perfect
