For the first few bites it's fantastic, but it's just so salty! I'm thinking a light soy might be a little better. I'm not sure if I'd make this exact recipe again. It's very intense.

Since light soy sauce is not necessarily less salty, it may not solve the problem. Will reducing the amount be a better solution?
