Instructions
Step 1
Begin by boiling water for your pasta noodles.

Chop green onions and fresh chili.

Then, slice 3 strips of bacon.

When your water starts boiling, add in 1 serving of pasta and cook for 3 minutes.

On medium heat, cook bacon pieces until nice and crispy.

On the same pan, fry 1 egg until the outline is crispy.

After 3 minutes, drain pasta water and transfer your pasta to a bowl.

Make your sauce: 2.5 Tbsp soy sauce, 2 Tbsp chili oil, 1 Tbsp vinegar, 1 Tbsp minced garlic and 1 Tbsp of peanut butter. Mix.

Add more soy sauce or chili oil depending on your preference. You can even add a Tbsp of water to adjust saltiness.

Pour sauce on top of your angel hair pasta. Toss in your cooked bacon and chopped green onions and chili as well. Mix well with pasta.
