This was delicious! I made some adjustments... I tenderized the pork and used lime juice because I was out of lemon juice. It tasted great! I also doubled the recipe for 6 thick center cut porch chops and it was just enough. The cook time is off. I cooked for 30 minutes, flipped, added more sauce, then cooked for only 10 more minutes. They were done perfectly. An hour is way too long.
