I made a half batch (2 portions), was very tasty! I took the lazy route (hope not to offend any Italians…) to measure out the coffee and sugar I weight the sugar and added it to a 1/4 cup measure, then added 2 tsps instant espresso and filled the measuring cup up with water and mixed it together, then adding it to the whipped cream.
