Swapped out garlic oil for the olive oil and garlic/onion seasonings. (Yay low FODMAP!) I added too much water to my quinoa, so would adjust slightly for next time to avoid soupy-ness. Filling and much healthier than most lunches I can get near work. Will probably make once a week for meal prepping.
