I didn't make the glaze (I like plain cake for snacking), so this review is for the cake only. Very fluffy and moist, a bit crumbly but pleasantly so. Plenty sweet enough by itself. The lime flavor is fairly robust. This would be a good combo with cool whip and nutty/salty toppings for a light and sweet summer dessert.
