I halved the recipe to start with. They didn't rise, wouldn't shape, and fell apart after baking. Not sure if altitude was going to be a factor in this recipe or not. After adding flour several times to see if the batter would thicken i finally just did what i could. Any tips or tricks would be appreciated! Id try it again! I already suck at baking and gluten free is definitely a test of my limited skills.
