I added Kalamata olives, substituted the parsley for cilantro and left the bell pepper out since I didn’t have any. We love garlic so I added a couple of cloves in the garlic press but you can skip that if you don’t like raw garlic. Also added a dash of dark cherry balsamic vinegar.
Loved the little kick from the red pepper flakes. It was a nice little twist on the more traditional Greek salad. We paired it with grilled chicken and it was delicious, especially for a summer night
