My husband doesn't like sundried tomatoes so we omitted those and added mushrooms. I also added some bruschetta seasoning to kick the flavor up a notch. It was still really good!

So happy to hear I’m not the only one that doesn’t care for Sun dried tomatoes. Do you think diced tomato would work instead?

I'm not too sure honestly. I wouldn't say no for sure, but I just don't know..... only one way to find out.
