I don't like zucchini but I had some from a friend. Marinated them and grilled them. As for the rating - I picked "go to" meaning that when I have zucchini I will probably use this recipe. I could have picked "special occasion, because having zucchini is a special occasion for me, because after 40 years of hating zucchini it's not something I think of when I'm at the market.
