It wasn’t bad. A little to oily. As far as being bland, I believe the recipe is designed that way so you can add your own seasoning. Next time I make this, I’m going to add more salt and pepper, less oil/butter and use russet potatoes or Yukon gold potatoes instead of baby red potatoes. The red potatoes didn’t absorb any of the flavoring. Maybe even try air frying the potatoes once the chicken is done and topping the chicken with crispy potatoes.
