Lush! Used 70g pasta per person and swapped the cream for cream cheese, otherwise followed recipe to the letter. Other comments have disliked the onion... I liked the fact there was lots of onion, it added a different texture to the dish - however they need a good 10 mins at medium heat to start to brown and soften, not the 2/3 mins suggested! Couldn't fault it, really tasty and filling. Lovely dish and we'll have again.
