I found the batter to be REALLY sticky and hard to work with.
The first batch of cookies were all right, but they get really hard quickly. So I wouldn't want to eat them unless they were fresh out of the oven.
Subsequent batches burned on the outside too quickly and were really crunchy. So if you need to make more than one batch (I got about 40 cookies from the recipe), you MUST let the baking sheet cool completely.
