I liked the base recipe for this, but I feel that it could use a lot more flavor. I used my homemade chicken stock for added flavor, but I could not notice the kimchi at all. However, I did really enjoy the dish, it just did feel very standard. I added an admittedly way overcooked egg, and forgot to add the bokchoy before I plated, so it went on top. Easy recipe to follow, I would just recommend modifying as you want and don't be afraid of adding extra kimchi or some on top. Tofu was yummy with it!
